Advertising Here Is Free: Why Sign Up Other Than That?
There's an old saying, if you can't join 'em, beat 'em. You could sign up for Google Ad sense, but you will get a letter as soon as you make any money that you violated their terms of service. So I removed all Google Ads from this site. You can now elect to display banners or text ads. You will soon have complete control of your ad, where it appears, how it appears and who it is targetted to.
You have two choices, your first choice is to pay $1.00 for you can pay $5.00 for 10,000 impressions. Payments will be processed through Pay Pal. Your second option is to be given a monthly number of displays based on the Google PR of a recipricol link. If that link's PR is 2, you will get 2000 impressions. If the PR is 3, you will get 3000. You may appeal that number if you feel Google's assement of your page is off. The impression limits are currently not being enforced until there are a few more advertisers.
You will be able to target you ad to comedy fans or comedians. For instance, if you have a book meant for comedy fans, you can make sure it isn't displayed on the pages meant for comedians. Some pages would be better to advertise a book of dirty jokes than others. I'm looking to create a system that gives advertisers that option. I hope to create a demographic screening system for advertisers that will be valuable both to the people creating the ads, and the people who might buy their product.
